I use a computer shared by others. How do I ensure that I get credit for my Cash Back in my account?

Confirm the first user is logged out of their account. Click Log Out, then simply Sign In to your own account.

Can I join from anywhere in the world?

How do I delete my profile and stop earning Cash Back?

To stop earning Cash Back, please go to your Dashboard and delete your profile.

Will I start receiving "spam" if I join?

We do not send spam to our customers.

All of our communications are created with one goal in mind: delivering you the best coupons, deals and Cash Back opportunities that are tailored to your shopping interests and activity on the website or your mobile phone.

At any time, you can adjust your email preferences in your Settings Page to suit your personal taste.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can reduce how often you receive emails by visiting the email preferences area in your Settings Page. If you would prefer to unsubscribe from all emails, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email and you will automatically be unsubscribed.

Note: by unsubscribing from email, you will no longer receive promotional emails. However, you will continue to receive transactional emails such as forgot password, Cash Back confirmations and withdrawal receipts. If you want to stop receiving these emails, you will need to deactivate your account in your Dashboard.

If I unsubscribe from email, does this deactivate my account?

Unsubscribing from newsletters and emails does not deactivate your account. You are still able to enjoy Cash Back savings, but we will stop sending promotional communications to your email.

Note: By unsubscribing from email, you will no longer receive promotional emails. However, you will continue to receive transactional emails such as "Forgot Password," Cash Back confirmations and withdrawal receipts. If you would like to stop receiving these emails, please deactivate your account.

At what level do I start after I join?

New BSP Rewards shoppers start at the upgraded Premier level for their first 90 days, giving them access to double the Cash Back that Basic shoppers earn on every purchase.

After 90 days, new shoppers are moved to the Basic level, which still provides great Cash Back savings. Basic shoppers can complete actions called "Boosts" to increase the Cash Back amounts that they earn. Boost actions include making a purchase, referring a friend, downloading the Mobile App (coming soon!), installing the SaveMate Browser Extension (coming soon!), liking our social profiles and many more!

Where can I view my past Cash Back payments?

Visit your Dashboard to view all of your Cash Back savings earned to date!

How do I join via Facebook?

Simply click on the "Sign up via Facebook" button and it will automatically authenticate and register you through Facebook. All of our communications will arrive via the Facebook platform. If you would like to start receiving email communications, simply click on your profile, go to "Settings" and add your email.

How do I join via Twitter?

Simply click on the "Sign up via Twitter" button for automatic authentication and registration through Twitter. All of our communications to you will arrive via the Twitter platform. If you would like to start receiving email communications, simply click on your profile and go to "Settings" and add your email.

How do I join via Google+?

Simply click on the "Sign up via Google+" button and it will automatically authenticate and register you through Google+. All of our communications will arrive to you via the Google+ platform. If you would like to start receiving email communications, simply click on your profile and go to "Settings" and add your email.

How do I join via email?

Simply click on the "Sign up via Email" button and provide your email. Click on "Log in and start saving" and you will automatically be registered to start earning Cash Back on all your purchases!

How do I join via phone?

Simply click on the "Sign up via Phone" button and provide your phone number. Click on "Log in and start saving" and you will automatically be registered to start earning Cash Back on all your purchases! All of our communications will arrive to you via SMS messaging on your phone. If you would like to start receiving email communications, simply click on your profile and go to "Settings" and add your email.

How do I make sure I earn Cash Back when I shop?

To earn Cash Back, please remember to start your shopping from our website, Mobile App (coming soon!), or use the SaveMate Browser Extension (coming soon!). Simply click through to the online store of your choice from our platform and complete your purchase. When the store pays us a commission for your purchase, we pay you Cash Back!

Our website must be the source of your "last click" to a store for you to get Cash Back. If you forget to visit us first, or click from our platform to a store and then go to another site before finishing your purchase, (or buy from a store's mobile app,) we may not get the "last click" and you will not earn Cash Back.

You cannot use another Cash Back site's browser extension to earn Cash Back from our website. You also must complete your purchase in the same browser tab in which our site opened; otherwise, your Cash Back will not track.

The easiest way to ensure that you earn your Cash Back is to always start from our website.

How do I return or cancel an order?

Please go directly to the store's online site where you made the purchase to inquire about returning or exchanging an item.

When your item is returned, the Cash Back will automatically be removed from your account on BSP Rewards. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it at the store's website and purchase the new item -- starting from our platform -- so you can earn Cash Back on the new item.

I recently made a purchase. When do I get my Cash Back?

Your pending Cash Back will show up in your account as soon as the online store informs us of your purchase and that it's being tracked. This could occur within a few hours to a few days.

Your confirmed Cash Back will be available in your account when the store pays us the commission. This time-frame varies depending on the particular store: some report Cash Back earnings very quickly and some take longer. It takes stores an average of 30-90 days to pay commissions.

You can withdraw Cash Back directly into your bank account, or via PayPal, Bitcoin, Dwolla, or a variety of other options depending on where you live.

You can always review your Dashboard to see how much Cash Back savings you've earned to date.

I am missing Cash Back and my purchase was made more than 90 days ago. What can I do?

Stores will only allow us to submit inquiries for missing Cash Back on purchases made within the past 90 days.

How long does it take to process my missing Cash Back request?

Please allow up to 60 days for any missing Cash Back request to be resolved. We investigate each ticket in the order in which it was received, working hard to get through them as quickly as possible!

How long does it take for a purchase to show up in my dashboard?

Pending purchases will show up in your dashboard as soon as they are reported by the store. A "pending" means that it is being tracked, but the store hasn't paid us a commission yet, so you can't withdraw the money.

Some stores pay commissions on purchases immediately, while others can take up to 90 days. This is usually due to the fact that some stores place a hold on paying commissions until their return/exchange period has ended.

Travel is an exception. Most travel companies do not pay commissions until after travel has been completed. Please look for travel purchases to appear in your dashboard after your travel has been completed, and within the same time period outlined above.

You can always review your Dashboard to see how much Cash Back savings you've earned to date.

I can't find one of my favorite stores. Can I request to add it?

We do our best to build partnerships with all of the top online stores around the world, but if we're missing one of your favorites, please let us know.

Simply reach out to our Customer Success Team and let us know which stores you would like added to the website.

Why is my Cash Back amount less than I expected?

Stores pay us a commission based on the actual price of the product, which does not include shipping, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs, duties or GST. If your Cash Back amount is less than you expected, please check the purchase price without the extra fees, and it should match the Cash Back in your dashboard.

What if a store link isn't working?

Occasionally, links to our partner stores either change or stop working. Please help us fix the problem by providing our Customer Success Team with the broken link. We will do our best to have the link working again as quickly as possible, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

I didn't receive my Cash Back. What should I do?

As soon as you get a pending purchase notification in your account, please add the information from your purchase, including store, item, amount, date, into your dashboard under the particular purchase. This will help you keep your purchases organized and help us track down issues with a particular purchase.

If 60 days have passed and you still don't see a pending or confirmed purchase in your account, please make sure you have added as much information about the purchase into your dashboard under the particular purchase, and then file a support ticket with our Customer Success Team.

Before you file a ticket, please make sure we were the source of the last click to the store before you made a purchase.

Please allow up to 60 days for us to resolve your missing Cash Back ticket. We will contact you if we need more information.

When will my travel purchase show up in my account?

Travel purchases are recognized when travel has been completed, so there may be a delay in your Cash Back earnings. The delay will depend on how long it takes you to complete your travel, and when the store reports your purchase to us.

Please take this into account that most stores take between 0-90 days to report a purchase. However, you purchase will show up as "pending" as soon as we begin tracking it, so look for the tracked purchase in your dashboard.

Why can't I find a purchase in my account?

One of two reasons:

1) The store hasn't tracked your purchase or paid us a commission.

2) We were not the source of the last click to the store before you made a purchase.

If 60 days have passed and you still don't see a pending or confirmed purchase in your account, please make sure you have added all information about your purchase -- including store, item, amount and date -- into your dashboard under that particular purchase. If the purchase has not shown as "pending," you can add information to the outclick link, also found in your dashboard. This will help us help you track down the missing purchase issue. Then please file a ticket with our Customer Success Team.

Please allow up to 60 days for us to resolve your missing Cash Back ticket. We will reach back out to you if we need more information.

Where can I view my recently earned Cash Back?

After logging in, click on the Preferences icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site, then click on the “Dashboard” link. Your transactions and balances are displayed in the dashboard, along with details of individual purchases from online stores.

Where can I find my recent purchases?

Please visit your Dashboard to view your recent purchases and to cash out any purchases via direct deposit, PayPal, or other options.

How do I withdraw my Cash Back?

Please go to your Dashboard and click on "Withdraw Balance." Select your withdrawal option, including your bank account, PayPal, Dwolla, Bitcoin, or others depending on where you live. Your balance will be deposited, and you will receive an email confirming your withdrawal.

The minimum requirement for withdrawals is $25 USD, or the equivalent in your local currency.

Is there a minimum amount required for Cash Back withdrawals?

DubLi requires a minimum withdrawal of 25.00 (USD/AUD/EUR/GBP or ₹1,000). However, Payoneer requires that the withdrawal be 25.00 (USD/EUR) or higher, so if converting from a lower-valued currency (such as AU$), please ensure that your request is at least 25.00 (USD/EUR) if withdrawing via Payoneer.

When I shop at a store through this website, how long do I have to make a purchase and still get credit for Cash Back?

Stores track our shoppers through cookies, which tell them that you came from our website. Every store's cookie duration length varies, so if you step away from your computer or mobile phone, we suggest reestablishing the connection with our website by clicking through to the store again and finishing your purchase.

Are there any products or items sold by stores that are not eligible for Cash Back?

Most products sold by our partner stores qualify for Cash Back. However, certain products or items may not be eligible. These exclusions are defined under each store's terms and displayed on the store page. Always remember to check the terms before you click through to make a purchase.

Gift cards and other cash equivalents are generally excluded from earning Cash Back.

Can I get Cash Back on purchases made from a physical store that is also on the website?

Currently, we offer Cash Back only on purchases made online. In the future, we will provide options to get Cash Back at physical retail stores, announcing these feature enhancements to our users when they are available.

Will I still receive Cash Back credit for my purchase if I place a telephone order?

Each of your purchases must be placed online in order to receive Cash Back, so orders made via phone do not qualify for Cash Back. Orders through our website, Mobile App, or through the SaveMate Browser Extension will all earn you Cash Back savings!

Can I exchange an item and still receive my Cash Back?

When you return or exchange an item, your Cash Back earnings will automatically be reversed from your account because the store cancels their payment to us.

If you decide to exchange your purchase for another item, please remember to order it through our website and then we will give you Cash Back for your new purchase!

Can I use a coupon not found on BSP Rewards?

Stores generally don't allow customers to earn Cash Back on all coupons they issue. If you find a coupon outside of our website, we can't guarantee that you will be able to take advantage of the coupon and still earn Cash Back.

However, all of the coupons located directly on our website have been verified. This means they can be stacked with Cash Back, so you save twice in one purchase! It's important to always start your shopping and retrieve your coupons from our website to make sure you save the most on each purchase!

Can I use coupon codes sent to me by stores via email?

When you shop with a store, you are usually added to their email list and will receive special offers, discounts and deals from them in your inbox. We can't guarantee that you will earn Cash Back on these offers; additionally, you will not earn Cash Back if you click through a store email to make a purchase without navigating through our platform first.

Please start your shopping at our website, Mobile App, or using our SaveMate Browser Extension, and search for the coupon or offer. If you can find it on our platform, it means the coupon is verified and can be stacked with Cash Back.


Do I receive Cash Back when I use coupon codes?

If you find a coupon code, deal, or other offer on our platform (website, Mobile App or SaveMate Browser Extension), you will be able to use the coupon code at a store in addition to receiving Cash Back from us.

We cannot guarantee you will earn Cash Back on any coupon code or offer that is not located directly on our platform.

A coupon code I found on the site did not work. What should I do?

Most coupon codes have expiration dates, and some are deactivated by stores for a variety of reasons. If a coupon code you find on our website or Mobile App does not work, please report it to our Customer Support Team so that we can remove it from the site.

How do I use a coupon code?

Any coupon code located directly on our platform can be redeemed at the store’s website during the checkout process.

What is the difference between Basic and Premier Levels?

The Basic Level is free to join and gives you competitive Cash Back savings from all of your favorite stores. You will remain at this level if you don't earn any points from completing Boosts, such as making a purchase, referring a friend, downloading the Mobile App (coming soon!), installing the SaveMate Browser Extension (coming soon!), liking our social profiles and many more.

The Premier Level is attained by earning 500 points in Boosts. Premier gives you double the Cash Back savings you earn at the Basic Level. Each new member gets to sample the Premier Level for 90 days after joining, and then they simply earn points by completing Boosts on the platform.

Each time you complete a Boost, you move up the ladder from Basic to Premier, earning even more Cash Back every step of the way!

What are "cookies" and how do you use them to track my sales?

Cookies are small text files with identification tags that are stored on your computer's browser directory or program data subfolders. We require members to have cookies enabled, so a store knows you came from our website and pays us a commission when you make a purchase. Who can see my personal information?

Your personal information, such as purchase history and Cash Back balance, is private and can only be viewed by you and our verified Customer Success Team members. How secure is my credit card information?

We take customer privacy and information protection very seriously. When you enter private information such as a credit card number or bank account number into our website, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL).

Can I earn money for referring friends?

Yes, it's easy to earn money when you refer friends! The Refer-a-Friend program is open to all shoppers. Simply go to your dashboard and retrieve your personal referral link. You can either send invitations directly from our website, or promote your personal link on your social networks via email, a blog or any other channel.

For every member you refer who joins the website and makes purchases earning them $25 in Cash Back*, you get $5*. When they upgrade to a VIP Membership, you receive an additional $5*.

I am having problems on a store's website or with a recent purchase. What can I do?

Please contact the store directly. Unfortunately, we have no control over issues on a store's website or with particular items you purchased.

How do I pay for products featured on BSP Rewards?

While we may feature products on our website or Mobile App, you must complete the product purchase at the respective online store. Please follow the link to the store and complete the transaction at the store's site and you will be on your way to earning Cash Back.

How are customs, duties and tariffs handled for my international purchases?

In most cases, the customer is responsible for customs, duties and tariffs in their country of residence.

The only exception is when a store estimates these fees and charges the customer for them at checkout. Your Cash Back is calculated only on the purchase price, not customs, duties, tariffs, or other fees. so the percentage of Cash Back you earn will be based on that number.

When I make an international purchase, can I have my order shipped to a location other than my billing address?

For many international purchases, stores require that the billing and shipping address match. Some stores make this requirement for initial purchases only, allowing future purchases or gifts can be delivered to other addresses.

Please remember: Stores will not ship to a P.O. Box. For most international purchases, the stores and their postal providers require a signature upon delivery. Please review each store's international delivery and shipping policies for specific requirements.

Are there restrictions on international shipping?

If you are placing an order outside your country of residence, please carefully read the rules and restrictions for international orders on each store's website. Many different variables, including size and type of product, government policies and restrictions and more, a store may not ship certain products to your country. Each store will notify you upon checkout if there are any restrictions to your delivery address in advance of your purchase.

As the customer, you will be responsible for paying for customs and duties in your country of residence.

How much will shipping cost for international orders?

Unless a store has a free worldwide shipping policy, international shipping rates can be found on a store's website. Your shipping rate will be displayed during checkout.

How do I know if a store allows me to shop in my local currency or language?

Each store that supports multiple languages and/or multiple currencies handles them differently. For many, you can find this information on the top right-hand corner of the store's home page. Others do not make this service available until you place a product in the shopping cart to check out. Some stores will detect your country of residence by your IP address and automatically make the change to the web site to reflect your local language and currency.

When I make a purchase from a store outside of my country, how do I know if I need to pay customs or duties?

Please visit the store's shipping, delivery and/or FAQ section on their customer service page prior to your purchase to view their international policies.

No, there is no limit as to how much extra Cash Back you can earn as a VIP Lounge member. On every purchase made outside the VIP Lounge, you will earn an extra 2% Cash Back on every Qualified Purchase.

Does the BSP Rewards VIP Membership have a refund policy?

BSP Rewards VIP Memberships have a 30-day refund guarantee policy. If a VIP Membership is refunded, increased VIP Cash Back earned within the 30-day period is subject to forfeit.
